waiting for stella | madison maternity photographer

When I first met this sweet and gorgeous couple, they were about a month away from welcoming another child into their loving brood. Yet another affectionate, kind-hearted and blissed-out pair of in-lovers I am thrilled to know. Not sure what’s in the water around here, but I am CERTAINLY not complaining! Makes for one joy-filled and grateful photographer, that is for SURE.

And for a little sneak peek of the fabulous Miss Stella, check her out here. You won’t be disappointed…she is a magnificently-loved beauty. Much more to come from that session soon.

Jill and Dale, thanks for including me in this enormously important time in your lives. Loved every moment! And please tell the dogs I say hello, won’t you?

For all you expectant mommas out there, please keep in mind that the best time to schedule your own unique, modern maternity session with me is typically when you’re in the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy. I am usually booked up a month or two in advance, so be sure to contact me ASAP to accommodate your desired time. This is WAY too important to put off, lady friends!

Big brother Bennett (10) and big sister Emma (8)…SUPER excited for their new baby to finally show up.

Are they not just the sweetest?

Yep, I know. You have to hate her just a little for looking this fantastic, right? I’m sure she won’t mind. It’s only fair.

new year, new life | madison maternity photographer

Like all new parents, Anne and Kaveh are anticipating the birth of their sweet child with great joy and excitement. They are also some of the kindest, coolest people you’d ever want to meet and have an amazingly hip, stylish and inviting home to boot! A photographer’s dream, I’m telling you…can’t wait to go back for the newborn session. That nursery! Wowee wow wow!

The wee one is due any day now, so make sure to stop back in soon for those images. For now, soak in the irresistible gorgeousness of two people in love…with each other and with the tiny new person they are waiting to welcome.

[Funny story: Anne searched high and low for a photographer in the area whose style matched hers. I was thrilled and honored to be her choice. When the time came to exchange addresses, we realized that we are VERY close neighbors. As in, our backyards literally touch. Just had never actually met up close...only casual waving across the grass. I told her she could have found her photographer sooner going door-to-door in the neighborhood! Sure makes our sessions together a snap, travel-wise. Crazy small world!]
