My 8-year-old daughter made me an extraordinary pen holder for my desk for Valentine’s Day. I was completely surprised and tickled by this sweet gesture from my baby girl. And even though she thinks the fairy’s eyes got a little wonky, all I see is perfection and love. Thank you so much for filling your momma’s heart with this beautiful and creative gift, Els…I will forever treasure it.
Today 6-day-old Stella celebrated her very first Valentine’s Day and I was there to see it.

The incredibly adorable, one-year-old Muhy resides near Seattle with his equally adorable and proud mommy and daddy, Liu and Justin. I had the great pleasure of meeting up with them for a session recently when they were visiting family in town…lucky me! Getting to spend a couple of hours basking in the glory of yet another joyful, loving, beautiful family has become a VERY welcome job perk for this lady. Any more takers?
