Like any intelligent child, Avery refused to tell us what she wished for when blowing out her birthday brownie candles, for fear that it wouldn’t come true. Is there any possibility that it was for time to freeze for just a bit so that her momma’s heart could stop aching? Guessing not. It was most likely for a cell phone. An old girl can dream, though…
