footballs, guitars & love | madison family photographer

So it’s time. I have several sessions from the fall (yikes!) that I have yet to blog and with the start of the new year, the promise of a fresh start, a surge in energy and motivation on my part…IT IS TIME. Shall we begin with this lovely family?

Ian is a charming and playful 3-year-old guy who loves football, his dog Lucy and ROCKIN’ OUT (believe me when I say that it is a sight to behold) to Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer”. Christa & Chuck (aka Mommy & Daddy) are his equally charming and playful parents, who are more than happy to go along for the ride with their beautiful son. Had a blast, you guys! Thanks for the giggles.

Laura Wedekind - Nice job, Tara. Love the guitar shots. You are super cool as always!

Laura G. - T, these are great! I used to work with Christa’s sister. As usual, you did outdid yourself. Fantastic! Keep up the comments. 4 to go!!!! ;-)

Kristi - I especially like the photo you chose for your holiday cards!

Carrie - These pictures are adorable! Ian is getting so big!

Elizabeth - Great job of capturing Ian’s spirit–both the rocker and little boy!

Jill - Wow, that little backward look over the shoulder with the guitar is right from the book of Elvis, I think! Great photos. We’ll be looking Tara up later this year (or whenever our youngest can follow instructions — ha!)

Carol - Beautiful pictures….beautiful family….so much for an Oma to love and be proud of!

Rich - You can see why I am one proud opa and dad!

Jill Oser - Hi Christa. Your dad forwarded this website to me. Hope you don’t mind. These are great pics! The photographer did an excellent job capturing special real-life moments. Ian is so precious and his big blue eyes are just beautiful. I’d love to see him rock out to Bon Jovi sometime as I hear that is quite a show! Warm regards. Jill Oser

Christa F - Oh Christa! These are so special. Thanks for sharing. I love how innocent Ian looks with those sparkling eyes. I am happy to share that Natalie tainted him with her first kiss. My second favorite is the guitar shot in front of the bookcase where he’s looking at the camera. That belongs on the cover of “Rolling Stone.”

Ellen - What a doll! Love the last one and the one of him throwing the football. He’s a cutie!

Susan - These are incredible photos!! You captured so many emotions with your camera — not an easy thing to do. Rock on, Ian!

Carmen - Love all the pics, especially the big one of Lucy!!

Maria Hays - He is tooooooo cute!!!!! Look at those gorgeous eyes of his! Seriously what beautiful images and moments you have captured Tara!!

I just LOVE the moment between him and mom, tugs at the heart-strings!

Mary Lou Eckler - Oh Oh Oh…. I just love them all.. How will you ever pick a favorite?? He is one good looking kid.. Those eyes say it all.. I loved the dog picture too..I love it when you share them with me.. Thanks soooo much..

Tamara - so cute! Love the guitar ones and his closeups

Christa - Thanks, Tara! This was super fun–I’ve gotten SO many compliments. I like how you grouped these, too.

Jody - These are gorgeous Tara! I love the shot with his mom!

Jen - TARA!! Come to Phoenix & shoot my family lady. You rock. LOVE them all….

Helene - LOVE that last shot!!! All fabulous!

Marti - I love the B&W of him (right above the son/mom pics) with the bush in the background. Of course I can’t pick a favorite, but that one stood out for me. Love the dog pics, too. Wonderful my dear.

gina - LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE the guitar, so awesome, all of these are. i bet the mom is going to order canvases and put them all over her walls, i would…
